EXPATS Here again two of our favourite roving expats, Denise and Margaret, entertain us with their comic exploits. This time they are working in a bar-hotel-restaurant in the Dordogne, called ‘Le Canard Dormant.’ They shake up this quiet provincial town enough so that the only one left sleeping is the duck. The hotel is owned by two Englishmen and a local French estate agent. Each of the English characters has an almost ‘desperate’ reason for coming to the Dordogne. Buy/Info: EXPATS
